Epigamia - Greek Yogurt

 Hello People !

First and for most let me be honest i do not lean towards dairy products like yogurt, milk, cheese(may be sometimes) ,Clarified butter - ghee(my fellow Indians know what is ghee) but of course i don't say no to an ice-cream which is obvious, who doesn't like ice-cream.

I clarified things above because when i tried this product, i was shocked at myself for liking it so much.

About:

• Low Fat and High protein
• No preservatives
• Should be consumed as opened
• It costs Rs 40 for 90 gm, Rs 60 for 112 gm with chunky granola and few other variation.
• Should be kept refrigerated

Taste :

• Vanilla bean Flavor : 

It was thick in texture and with the first spoon full of this yogurt i could smell and taste the subtle vanilla initially and then the yogurt tasted as an usual unflavored curd would taste like.

Usually whenever a dairy based product company and some other company introduce flavors in their products, most of the time i find the flavor to be strong enough to change my mind and go back to flavorless option, if it exists.

But i was happy that this product didn't fall into the above category.

Vanilla Bean

• Strawberry Flavor : 

Again, same thick texture but i loved the fact that i could feel and see the strawberry seeds in the yogurt. This pack consists of 50% processed strawberry pulp . And thank you to the company because if i have to choose a flavor in any kind of product i 100% stay away from strawberry flavor, i like the fruit though.Usually people add the artificial strawberry flavor and sometimes its too sweet  or has strong smell.

Still, i took a chance and ordered strawberry flavor and i was not disappointed at all and i am loving the Subtle flavor Epigamia has to offer.
